The Crusdaers have established these 10 "Rules to Live By", these 10 rules were established to keep the players working to achievie team goals and meet personal expectations.

Rules To Live By

1. BE HERE EVERYDAY

         -MISS A DAY WILL NOT START/ PLAY A GAME

         -MISS 2 DAYS WILL NOT START / PLAY 2 GAMES

         -MISS 3 DAYS AND REMOVAL OF THE TEAM

          MAY BE CONSEQUENCE

4. PRACTICE HARD

5. BE A GENTLEMEN

6. BE GOOD TO THE LITTLE GUY
